Soil Resistivity Test Kit Starter
The Starter Kit is Safearth’s entry-level soil resistivity test kit. This kit contains the minimum equipment required to conduct soil resistivity testing as an input to earthing system design for small, isolated earthing systems. Depending on the test instrument selected, the kit also allows 3 | 4 point testing of small earthing systems. The kit comes with the equipment needed to perform;
- Electrical soil resistivity testing for Wenner spacing’s up to 24m – for design of single or multiple short electrode earthing installations, mine type earth fault limited isolated HV infrastructure, pole top substations, transmission poles, and single pole lightning protection systems etc.
- 3 | 4 point testing for very small installations including separate earthed pole top substations with several electrodes, and single electrode lightning protection systems etc.
- Includes easy wind hand winders, stainless electrodes, clips, hookup leads, hammers, and 20m tape measures.
- Bundle with a soil resistivity test instrument of your choice.
